Is one workout supplement the cause of wrongful deaths?

People across the country have grown more aware of their personal fitness in recent years. Some people like to take their fitness experience to the next level, exploring dietary supplements that manufacturers might claim will help a person push their limits. But what happens if a supplement pushes a person over the edge? Should the company who makes the supplement be held accountable?

A new warning from the Food and Drug Administration is try to raise awareness of one workout supplement in particular, called Jack3d, that contains an illegal ingredient and might contribute to health problems or even wrongful death. People in Columbus should be aware of dangerous products and use caution when trying a new dietary supplement. Since the FDA has very little authority, and is exempt from reviewing dietary supplements before they enter the market, there is little the agency can do to ban or prevent consumption of this supplement.

The supplement contains an ingredient that some say helps a person go the extra mile on their run or lift a little bit more in their weightlifting routine. While people claim to experience some increased stamina or temporary strength through the use of certain supplements, what is the cost they pay for using these unregulated products?

When a family has to deal with a wrongful death in Columbus, they might be wise to speak with an experienced attorney. They can help the family investigate the cause and work to seek justice for their loved one. Hopefully, through an investigation a family can also help prevent similar incidents for others.
